Biography: Alan Dale Hornbeck, 55, went to be with the Lord after a long hard battle to brain cancer on May 14th, 2017, at his home, surrounded by family and friends. He was the son of Maeline and Gene Hornbeck of Little Rock. He?s a graduate of Catholic High School for Boys and has a bachelor?s degree, in Business Administration, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He was also a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. He?s survived by his mother, father, and two daughters, Haley and Hannah Grace Hornbeck. Dale was the most entertaining and outgoing person to be around. He always knew how to put a smile on your face and his sense of humor, though sarcastic, would guarantee a laugh. He was happiest at the beach and he knew everything there was to know about electronics. Dale loved his two girls, and would do absolutely anything for them. Most of all, he would rather have his life celebrated than mourned. A visitation will be held at Ruebel Funeral Home on Wednesday May 17th, 2017 from 5-6:30 pm with a rosary to follow. The funeral service will be Thursday May 18th, 2017 at Christ The King Catholic Church at 1 pm. A burial service will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
