Biography: Linda Murray Gray, born August 27, 1944, to James B. Murray and Evelyn Jean Olson Murray, died January 31, 2017 due to complications of cancer and dementia. Linda was the widow of Herschel Frederick (Huck) Gray, Jr. She is survived by their 2 children, Huck Gray, III and Carrie Amanda Gray Warren (Scott). Also surviving her are her grandson, Huck Gray, IV, her brothers, Jim Murray (Donna), and Steve Murray (Nancy), sister-in-law, Ann Gray Carpenter, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, a host of cousins, friends, her little dog, Murray, and Vickie Bennett who was more like a sister than a cousin to her. The family offers their deepest gratitude to the nurses and staff at Valley Ranch Nursing and Rehab and Kindred Hospice for the kindness and excellent care they gave Linda at the end of her life. Services will be held Monday, February 6 at 11:00 at Ruebel Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery. Please dress casually and wear red if possible as it was Linda?s favorite color.Memorials made be made to the Central Arkansas Library System in Linda's name at cals.org using the Donate tab.
