Please accept our deepest sympathy on the passing of Nibs. He was likely the kindest, most generous person to walk the earth. Devoted to family and friends, he will be missed. Take comfort that Nibs has taken his place with the saints.

I have know Mr. Richardson my entire life. My father worked with him at Bale Chevolet from the day that I was born until my father died in Sept. of 1999. I remember seeing him with Mrs. Bale when she lived in the Nursing Home. Your father was a remarkable man and a pleasure to say that I had known.

Kim and Bob;
I was so unpleasantly surprised to hear on Friday, of the passing of Nibs. He was one of the last few, that I knew, that were connected with Mom's side of the family.
Nibs was the best guy in the family. When someone was sick or had died he was there. When Daddy Winn died last August, it was a lot of comfort to Mother and Sandy and I to see him there. I never knew anyone who was more willing to do for others than your Dad. The way he took care of Aunt Elberta after Martie died, spoke volumes about him, not to mention the way he took care of your Mother for all the years. I shall miss seeing him at what few get-togethers there still are, even though now it seems that it was mostly funerals.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Allen Winn

Kim, Robert & family:

We were so sorry to hear about Nibs. He was such a good friend. We didn't get to see him as much as we wanted, but stayed in touch. We'll miss him terribly. Our thoughts and prayers to all.
