I had the privilege of working with John in recent years. His engaging personality and comical way of discussing the latest headlines, sports stats, or even telling stories from his life, were often a highlight of those days working together. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and all of those who knew him.

God bless you, John. You will be truly missed.

My sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one.?? Find strength and comfort from God.? At? 2 Corinthians? 1:3, 4? it describes God as "the God of all comfort who comfort us in all our trials".? This promise assures the family that by turning to God you can receive help during this difficult time.? The? bible also promises that soon death will be no more Revelation 21:3, 4? and the hope of a resurrection John 5:28, 29.

Jan, I am so saddened to hear the news of John's passing. What a sweet man he was and always willing to do anything for anyone that needed help. From our high school years to raising our children in Pine Bluff John remained the same gentle, kind person. He was always so supportive of us as we practiced our aerobics in your living room. Please know you and your family are in my thoughts and heart.

John was a great guy and loyal friend. Our houses were 2 blocks away growing up, but there were no houses between us and I could see his house anytime I was outside. John and his family were fine members of the community, and while we did not overlap in high school or college, we were friends in town with kids involves in the same activities. I am very appreciative of the several times in recent years when we would run into each other and have an opportunity to visit and catch up on kids, etc. John could, and did, tell great stories. He was a good man. Ginny and I will miss him. Jan, we will be praying for you and your family. Joe
