Biography: Emily Ann Head, beloved daughter of Carl Dexter Head (Barbara) and Barbara Perez Head passed away on November 7, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born February 7, 1980 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was baptized at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Little Rock as an infant by The Reverend Tom Prichard. She attended the Cathedral School through grade 6, went on to Horace Mann Junior High and then Parkview High School. After school she was a loyal employee of Subway of Benton, Arkansas for 11 years after which she moved to North Little Rock where she worked for Schlotzsky?s sandwiches and Kroger. She was always a hard working girl, loved and respected by her employers and fellow employees. She will be dearly missed by her longtime companion, Anthony Ward ?Ant?. She will also be remembered and missed by her surviving grandparents, Manuel and Polly Perez of Russellville, Arkansas and Carl W. Head of Traskwood, Arkansas, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Aaron Head and grandmother Aline Head. Emily was blessed with a wonderful personality and a calm and equitable nature, which never wavered, even in the time of her greatest distress. We were honored to be her parents and grateful for all the prayers and contributions of her many well-wishers. Her funeral will be Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 12 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral followed by burial at Forest Hills Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Ruebel Funeral Home.
