Biography: Jack Kettering Davis, born January 21, 1940, departed this life November 1, 2016. Jack was a lifelong lover of the outdoors, and an avid hunter and fisherman. He was always positive and optimistic throughout his many health trials, and he never lost his sense of humor. He leaves behind three children: Steven V. Davis, Deborah L. Davis and Laura K. Davis, as well as six grandchildren. He also leaves his dear friend and ex wife, Kathy Thomas Douglas. Jack was loved and admired for his courage by his many friends, and will be dearly missed by all. A memorial service will be held at Ruebel Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, November 17th, 2016 at 1:00p.m in the afternoon, a celebration of his life will follow the service. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Easter Seals of Arkansas, or a charity of your choice.

So sorry for your loss.? During this difficult time, find comfort in God's thrilling promise found at Revelation 21: 3, 4 to soon wipe out every tear from our eyes, for death to be no more , and no more pain these things will be done away.? Knowing this promise I hope wiil give you the strength to endure.

My condolences to the family. Jack will definitely missed by all that had the fortunate opportunity to know him. He lived life to the fullest that's for sure. Until we meet again my friend, Kill a limit for me .

Jack was a wonderful man. So outgoing and loving to all the residents of Armistead Village (our daughter lived at Armistead Village also). We will miss him and Sadie. Deepest condolences to his family.
