Biography: Ruth Thompson Knight, age 93, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 1, 2007 in Benton. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Herbert Thompson and Grady Knight; and her son, Clark Thompson. She is survived by her daughter, Pat T. Bruton and husband Buddy of Benton; daughter-in-law Sandy Thompson of El Dorado; step-sons, George Knight and wife Vicki of Fayetteville, Bill Knight and wife Sandy of Albuquerque, N.M.; six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock for over 62 years. She retired from Baptist Medical Center and worked for Krueger Travel Agency. She was an avid Razorback fan. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at Ruebel Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
