I had the honor of working with Charles in Fort Smith for the past 2 1/2 years. I never really got to meet him in person but through phone calls and emails I felt as if I knew him. He was so kind and a pleasure to work with. May care and love of those around his loved ones provide comfort and peace to get through the days ahead. My most sincere condolences. May he rest in peace and comfort. I will continue to keep the family in my thoughts and prayers.
