Ms. Billie has been an inspiration to my life as a mother and Sister in Christ. Her legacy of love lives forever through her family and every life she has touched with her sweet and gentle spirit. Know she is wearing her beautiful smile and loving it with her family in Heaven!

Billie introduced me to the Pulaski Height's ladies at a lovely luncheon that her sister Mary Nell gave one day in 1965. Billie knew me as a niece of Jim and Oral Cone of Searcy, good friends of her's. She and I worked together in AWH. She always was a willing and loving worker. I have always loved her and her family.

Neale and I met Billie and Vol years ago at church in Little Rock. They moved to Searcy and worked at Harding for several years. We always respected and loved them. Sad to loss Vol some years back and now sad to loss Billie.
Billie seemed to always be happy and content and very proud of her sweet family. We will all miss her. She was a fine Christian Lady.
My love and prayers go out for the family. Treva Pryor
