Biography: Harry Andrew ?Andy? Fair, 62, of Little Rock passed away January 1, 2016. He is survived by his wife Dixie Wilson Fair, son John Fair and daughter Lizzie Fair, all of Little Rock, and sister, Nancy Ragsdale of Marion, Arkansas. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Lois and Harley A. Fair, twin brother, Larry Allen Fair, sisters Josephine Carlson and Dot Medford, and brothers Burrell Fair and Morris Fair. Andy worked in the Banking and Financial Services industry for 37 years where one of his greatest strengths was in developing lasting friendships. He was a member of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church for over 30 years. During that time he served as a Trustee, a member of the Administrative Board, Mission Board, Building and Grounds Committee, Stephens, Inc Easter Sunrise Service Committee, Nominating Committee, and was involved with the Broadcast Ministry. Andy and Dixie are members of Newton Good News Sunday School Class. Andy also served on the Board of Directors for the St. Francis House. Andy was an Eagle Scout from Troop 72, Marion, Arkansas. He spent over 30 years involved in Boy Scouts of America and worked for 10 years with Troop 604 at Second Presbyterian Church in Little Rock where he served as Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster. Andy always credited Boy Scouts with giving him the values and tools to succeed as an adult. Memorials may be made to Boy Scouts of America or to Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church Good Samaritan Fund. A visitation will be held Monday night from 5 to 7 p.m. at Ruebel Funeral Home, the memorial service will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church followed by a graveside service at 230 p.m. at Crittendon Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.
