Biography: Jayne Granoff Jackson, age 70 of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on December 17, 2015. She was born the only child of the late Edward M. Granoff and Verna Hackman Granoff on November 11, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Earl Fletcher ?Bear? Jackson. Jayne was educated in the Little Rock public schools and graduated from Hall High School. She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and graduated from UALR with a Bachelor?s Degree in Business Education. Jayne worked in the U.S. Attorney?s office where she met the love of her life, Fletcher ?Bear? Jackson. In addition, she worked as a Jury Clerk for the U.S. District Court in Little Rock for many years and was a member of the First Lutheran Church. Jayne is survived by a sister n law Carolyn High of Lonoke, Arkansas; two cousins, Marilynn Robison and Bliss Thomas both of Little Rock. She is also survived by her special dog, Chanel. A special thanks goes to Jayne?s friends who have assisted her over the past few years, Pat O?Neal, Janis Montgomery, Kathleen Stevens, Lamont Trice, Cam Rowe and Elizabeth Vaught. A very special thank you to Dr. Joseph Beck and Dr. Nancy Rector for the care they gave Jayne. Graveside services will be 1:00pm Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Roselawn Memorial Park with Pastor Ron Bacic officiating. A viewing will be held from 8:30am until 4:30pm on Monday, December 21, 2015 at Ruebel Funeral Home.
