Biography: Vivian Alice Hogue Fair, age 98, of Little Rock passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015 in Wye, Arkansas. She was born December 15, 1916 in Keo, Arkansas to the late Roy Hogue and Violet Tarver Hogue. She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Rupert W. Fair and a sister, Mildred Welch. Vivian retired from the city of Little Rock as a switchboard operator. She was a long time member of Primrose United Methodist Church and an associate member of Wye United Methodist Church. She is survived by a sister, Marian Frances Green; 3 daughters, Judy Moore of Florissant, MO, Jeanne Russenberger of Wye, AR and Janet Anderson of Smithfield, UT; 7 grandchildren, Paige, Jay and Kate Moore, Craig Russenberger, Renee Sanders, Jenny Anderson and Steve Anderson and 10 great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend their appreciation to Jerry Hester, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Lanie Johnson for the excellent care given to their mother during her final years. Visitation will be held at Primrose United Methodist Church on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 10 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11 a.m. officiated by Rev. Melvin Moss and Dr. Richard Gifford. Burial will follow at Primrose Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Keith Sanders, Craig Russenberger, Ryan Russenberger, Luke Russenberger, Bobby Illing and David Klawetter.

To Mrs. Fair's daughters and their families you were blessed to have had such a beautiful and Godly Mother. Another one of those precious Primrose Ladies who will forever be in my memory as positive role models. May God bless you and comfort you as she is now reunited with other family members.

Mrs. Fair was a lovely lady and we enjoyed being a part of her family. She will be missed!
