I knew Trent through high school, (Little Rock) Central High. In the two years I knew him he was one of the kindest individuals I had met. Throughout all the negative things going on around me he was the one spark of positivity near. My condolences towards his friends and family.

See you on the other side, brother.

Much love,

JP

Dear Bill, Martha and Kendall,
Words seem so inadequate at a time like this and I wish I knew ones that would ease your sorrow and shock at Trenton's death. John O Donnell is my next door neighbor and he wanted me to express his sorrow at your loss. We are lifting you and your family up in prayer.

Bill -

I have dreaded all day sitting down to write this to you. My greatest fear is losing one of my kids. I've been divorced for 9 years now and they are all that I have. My mind won't let me even think about losing a child. I wish I had words for you, but I just don't.

All I can do is pray that God will see you through this. I was the middle child of 3, both of my siblings are gone now, and I've often wondered how my parents kept from losing their minds.

I remember us visiting at a football game a few years ago. My oldest and Trenton are about the same age, both Eagle Scouts and both really good kids. I raised Mitchel full time from the age of 13 and scouting was a big part of our bond back then. I can't comprehend why someone so well prepared to make a difference in this world gets taken from us.

I pray for your sanity and I pray for your peace. If I can do anything for you, I'm temporarily living in Jonesboro. Tim O. knows how to reach me if you ever want or need to talk.

In Phi Phi K A,

Mark

Trenton will be missed by all of us. He always had a smile and kind word for you. I saw him grow into a confident young man through his scouting experiences. He truly understood the concept of Do Your Best. May God be with your family during this difficult time and may you always remember what a great young man you allowed all of us to come to love and appreciate. We thank you for sharing him with us and we will always remember him in our hearts.

What a wonderful young man Trenton must have been. We didn?t know your son, but we?ve lost sons also and understand your grief. May God comfort you as you walk through this valley of the shadow of death.
You may not think so in the next few weeks, but as time passes you?ll be able to think more on the good times that you had together and less about losing your son.
It is always good to hear people remember and name the one you?ve lost. Trenton will not be forgotten by friends and I hope they?ll talk with you about their good times with him.

Dearest Trey, Martha and Kendall,
Our hearts are full of sorrow at the loss of your wonderful son and brother....and our sweet and dear cousin. It is so unfair and tragic that we are at a loss for words. I don't know what could comfort you other than what you already know so well.... that Trenton was a much beloved, talented and gentle soul who we were blessed to have with us for his short time on earth. His passion and dedication to scouting and his art were inspiring and I know touched many, many lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you suffer from his untimely loss. May you find comfort in all the wonderful memories. Melinda, Bert, Christian and Young Bert

Martha, Bill and Kendall, we all share your shock, and if you will allow us, we will share in some small way the burden of your grief. I know you are all proud of the man Trenton grew to be. We share that pride, as well. We know he took pride in these words: "On my honor, I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country. I will obey the scout oath. I will help other people at all times; I will keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight." Take comfort in the knowledge that he lived and exemplified the oath he made, and feel the support of everyone around you.

Dear Martha, Kendall and Bill,

Words can't express how sorry we are about Trenton. He was an amazing young man who was so very talented. We loved his gentle sweet spirit and his sculptures!! Our last show at Red Door Gallery, Trenton was the star!! He went around to customers and told everyone he was the metal artist. I know how proud you are of the wonderful young man he had become. Our prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Bill, Martha and Kendall - words can't express my feelings over your loss today. My heart goes out to each of you for your profound loss of Trenton. He touched so many lives and lived the scout oath and law everyday. He was a good friend to many and his memory will be cherished by those he touched. But he will live on with other scouts who benefit by his legacy in scouting through the scholarship in his name. Many lucky scouts will experience first hand some of his spirit, love for others and his doing a good deed daily in going to Philmont, Summit and other High Adventure places that Trenton loved. I lift you up in prayer for today and the days to come. Love, Che

T-man,
I will miss you. I will miss talking to you
about poetry and country music. And
about how to weld a beautiful fish or flower.
I will miss out lunches at U.S. Pizza,
watching you eat a whole large pepperoni
all by yourself. I will miss how much you
loved Blitzen, your sister, Kenny, and your
parents. You have gone to the greatest "UP"
of all. Thank you for all that you taught me.
I am so lucky to have had you in my life.
Love you! Leslie
