Eddie was my employee for many years at TI in Dallas. He was one of those rare people who were truly friendly and compassionate. He attended my mother's funeral in East Texas and he will never know how much that meant to me at a very dark time in my life. Eddie's engineering skills were excellent, and he had a gift for explaining complex projects in simple terms that even his manager (me!) would understand. It is sad that his life was so short, however I am sure his reward is great.

I am so sorry to hear the bad news about Eddie. Eddie was my colleague at TI and worked together on many projects. We also travelled together to many countries for work. He was always very kind and willing to help in any way he could. My condolences to his family and friends.

Eddie was a great mentor and co-worker while working at TI with him-he impacted a lot of people while at TI. Was saddened to hear of his passing recently, I pray for his family and friends as I know he will be greatly missed. Eddie had a wit about him that I will never forget and I will always be grateful for the opportunity to know and work with him.

Such sad news that Eddie is no longer with us. I met him at Texas Instruments. I will miss his smile, kindness and his quick wit. We had so much fun getting together with co-workers. He came to a Halloween party dressed as chart man, so clever. He loved his family and will be greatly missed.

"Eddie will be greatly missed, but his spirit will live on through all the wonderful memories we have, like his jokes, his laughter, his smile and his very kind heart. Eddie was more like family to us. Our kids knew him as Uncle Bo.Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you."

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Eddie and I worked on the school newspaper together at Chapel Academy. We had a little bit of "competition" when it came to our grades, but it was always friendly. I've often thought of him and wondered what he was up to - I so wish I'd taken the time to try to track him down. He was a great classmate and he will be missed by the Class of '81.

We were shocked and saddened by the passing of a very dear friend. We met Eddie when we all worked for TI in Sherman, TX and he served as an usher in our wedding in 1989. We have a picture of Eddie holding our first born and used to joke that he looked like Eddie. We hadn't kept in touch like we should but we will always remember Eddie as a thoughtful and caring friend who always wore a smile. He will be dearly missed.

I began this morning with thoughts of Eddie. We have enjoyed so many good family celebrations with Eddie,----holiday meals, dance recitals, and most recently a wedding! I know how much he loved Debbra, Stephen, Elizabeth and now Carlos and especially little Beau! I struggle to find just the right and "pretty" thing to say. This I know, he was a great brother and uncle and we will all miss him. Our prayers are with you today.
