I am Elsie Pouzar's grandaughter (she was Alice's next door neighbor). I just learned of Alice's passing. She was a dear, sweet lady and did so much for my grandmother. She always came to see me and my sisters when we visited. She is missed, please accept belated sympathies from our family to yours.

Dear, sweet Alice. I was privileged to serve as Director of Volunteers at St. Vincent for 12 years. Having grown up in Osceola, Alice and I had many "connections" and she came to be a dear, dear friend. She baby-sat our 4-legged children many times and they loved her, too. Alice had such a gentle spirit and a kind and loving heart. She was loved by many and will be sorely missed.
