Biography: Sanston Moody Foster, IV was born on March 6, 1969 in Washington, DC. He was the second and youngest child of Mrs. Nancy L. (Foster) Randall and Mr. Sanston M. Foster, Jr., (deceased). He received his primary and secondary education in the Prince George?s County public schools. He graduated from High Point High School in 1986. He recognized the value of education and began his college education in 1995. From 1995 until 1997, he attended the Montgomery County Community College in Maryland. After moving to Arkansas, he began taking classes in 2003 at the National Park Community College located in Hot Springs. He also attended the College of the Ouachitas for two years, studying Industrial Electronics, from August 2005 until the spring of 2007. While attending the College of Ouachitas, he made the Dean?s List in the Fall of 2005 and in the Spring 2006. Despite medical issues and dialysis three times a week, he was working diligently toward a Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He began taking classes towards his degree there in the Fall 2009. He was scheduled to receive his degree in May 2015. He had a strong work ethic and was a hard worker. He used his skills in math to work in construction and design. He also worked while he attended community college delivering pizzas for Domino?s. Sanston enjoyed life and did not let his medical issues keep him from doing the things he loved. Over the years, Sanston developed a love of biking and fishing. He was also a great debater and enjoyed discussing politics and societal issues. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Nancy Randall, and stepfather, Mr. Robert Randall, his sister, Mrs. Allyson Foster Ingram and her husband, Mr. Stephen Ingram, a nephew, Jared, a niece, Camille, his grandmother, Mrs. Emma Woodson, his grandfather, Sanston Moody Foster, Sr., his uncles (Mr. Frank Allison, Mr. Leonard Mayers, Sr., Mr. Ronald E. Sanston and myself had several classes together at UALR, and I recognized him as an amazing engineer in training. Always staying after classes to get extra help, going the extra mile to do work, and loving every last bit of it. Hearing about his untimely leaving left a hole where a great man once was.

I'm having a difficult time finding the right words to describe Junior. He was determined and I would also call him brave. He could talk my ear off, but I thoroughly enjoyed being in his company. I haven't met too many young men like him these days and that's a shame. I will miss him very much.

Sanston and I had became great friends since 2000. I cared about him as if he were my brother. We met while working at domino's together. I was the one who always picked him up from the hospital after countless health complications/surgeries... We had been there for each other for so many years. I will truly miss him. We hadn't spoke as much since I moved to Mississippi. My condolences to you and the family for your loss.
