Biography: Helen Marie Belk, 61 of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014. She is survived by her son Kenneth Robert Belk, Jr., daughter, Katherine Idean Mullins, mother, Katherine Marie Siegman and two brothers, Rick Siegman of Texas and Frank Siegman of Washington along with many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a loving husband and father, Kenneth Robert Belk, Sr., and her father Frank Thomas Siegman. A Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2014 in Our Lady of Good Counsel with burial to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.

Helen was always happy to see us and were we when visiting the cafeteria. We will miss seeing her and sorry for the loss.

Dear Katherine and family, We were so sad to hear about Helen as we talked to her Monday as we always did, she said she wasn't doing to good but I never expected this. Our hearts and prayers are with all of you.

We have been regular customers at Franke's Cafeteria for several years. It was always a pleasure to have a short conversation and to share a light hearted moment with Helen. We will miss her kindness to us and all who ate there. Grace and Peace to her family members and the entire staff at Franke's.

we knew each other as kids and I wont forget that. thank you miss tina for bringing her around my grandfather (nello) or val.i pray for your family that god lays his comforting hands on all of you through these tough times.
