I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. Your mother, grandmother and great grandmother was the epitome of a lady. Her graciousness and genuineness will never be forgotten by me. She had the rare ability to make everyone she spoke to feel like they were the most important person in the world. Mrs. Schwarz, as I referred to you as a child, I feel certain you are gracing heaven with your presence. I will always love you and remember you for the way you accepted me into your home and into Susan's life.
