Aunt Laurel, Paul and Susan,
My prayers are with you today. I know that heaven has received another angel and Uncle Joel is rejoicing and singing with all those that have gone on before, his parents, sister and my daddy. I have many memories of him while we went to church in Vandervort, Arkansas. He worked with me and my voice so that when I sang, I wouldn't sound like a little girl. His advise to me was, "Rhonda, you may have to make a children's record because your voice would work well in that area." I have never forgotten that conversation and have on many occasions thought about doing just what he suggested. I know he will be greatly misses but for all the pain in the world, I would never wish him to return. May God embrace you all at this time. Love all of you.
