Our sincere sympathy for your loss. Our prayers and thoughts go out to all of Billie's family. She was truly one of the greatest women I have ever known. Her love for God, family and friends was amazing and showed in every action. She brought joy and happiness to everyone she met. She opened her heart to all that knew her and was an excellent listener. She definitely was one of those special people that left an everlasting impression and made this world a better place. May God provide comfort and wrap His loving arms around all of her loved ones in the years to come but I know she is rejoicing in Heaven today.

Lonna, Janet, Jim and Mike -
Your mother left this world a better place because she was in it..

My memories of her kindness and love carried me through many difficult times.. she was a light in the dark..

Have shared many memories of her with my son, and hoped she passed in peace and with the lightness and loved she gave off.

We may never cross paths again but your mother will always and forever be my "Ba"..

Our condolences to the Palmer family. My Aunt Billie visited many times to our home in Topeka when I was growing up. I can honestly never remember a time when she wasn't smiling and so encouraging to me. My mother and her were very close. She was also a great singer and would sing for us . A life well lived. We love you aunt Billie. RIP

Janet

It was always such a pleasant surprise when your mom would come visit the twins when we were in town. She was always so warm and friendly to us. Remember how much fun we had at Deidra's surprise birthday party and your parents came?!

I know she is now whole again. What a wonderful guardian angel you have!

Much love to you and your entire family,
Andy and Matthew Wright

Dear All:

Its been so many years since we have seen one another, but I think of all of you so often and have such fond memories of our times together as kids. Aunt Billie and Uncle Dale are such a large part of those memories. I know that all who have gone ahead were there to welcome her with open arms! Love to everyone and sympathy for your loss.
