Like Art English, I got to know Rosalyn when we all served on the Board of Arkansas Common Cause for several years. She was an absolute delight and cheered up anyone who even saw her. Her final request for actions instead of flowers is typical--and wonderful. She left the world a better place.

Little did I know when we first met as Windsor Arms neighbors in 1978 how Ros's friendship would enhance my life for the next 35 years. May the peace she now has equal what she has given to others.

I loved Rosalyn whom I served on the Arkansas Common Cause Board for years. She was a gift to us and so many others. Her wit and silver haired outer and inherent inner beauty always shined so bright. I never saw here without that great smile. I regret not seeing for awhile and not knowing that she was ill. I will make sure I do exactly what she wanted---feed a stranger, hug a friend, make someplace more bountiful. That was Rosalyn and I will treasure her memory.
