Biography: Margaret Ellen Robinson Keiser, age 101, passed away, Sunday, May 5, 2013. She was born November 14, 1911 in Chicago, IL to the late Frank Bennett Robinson and Alice Beree Robinson. She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Melvin (Pete) Keiser who passed away in 1987. She graduated in 1930 from Mishawaka High School and from Nursing School at St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN in 1932. Margaret was a long-time member of the First United Methodist Church of Mishawaka, IN. She is survived by three children, Richard (Patricia) Keiser of Williamsburg, VA, Janet Hope Keiser and Barbara Jean Canfield of Little Rock, AR; four grandchildren, Eric (Jennifer) Keiser of Virginia Beach, VA, Todd (Melisa) Keiser of Indianapolis, IN, Jason (Jennifer) Canfield of Fredericksburg, VA and Stephen (Jodi) Canfield of Virginia Beach, VA; seven great-grandchildren, Erica Keiser, Emily Keiser, Clay Keiser, Ryan Canfield, Mason Canfield, Dylan Canfield and Laurel Canfield. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses in the ICU Step-down, F-400 Hall at UAMS for the kind and professional care they gave Margaret.
