I know this is late, but I have been out of the loop and just learned of your loss. I met Julie at the School of Excellence. She was one special lady, always willing to share and mentor with humor and kindness. I always made sure to look for her when I attended. She will be missed.

Dear Rick, Chris and Matt:

I'm so sorry to hear about Julie. I just communicated with her a month or two ago and this is a terrible shock. Julie worked with my Dad for as long as I can remember and was a fixture in our lives growing up. She was wonderful and kind and felt like a part of our family. I'm so so sorry that she's gone.

Dear Chris and Matt: I am so stunned and sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. She was such a sweet and wonderful neighbor as were your grand-parents. I think you two came over and saw my fathers (Pick) train room when he had it set up many years ago in Meadowcliff. It's very hard to lose a parent, and one as young as Julie. I will be praying for you and your young families.

Rick, Chris and Matt,

Our deepest sympathy to you and your families in the loss of a wife, mother and grandmother.

To us, Julie and her mother and dad were like family and very close neighbors for so many, many years. We still refer to the two houses across the street as Ruth and Ray's and Julies'. Although, because of illness and old age we are unable to attend the visitation or service, we want you all to know that our memories, our hearts, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love,
John, Vivian and Larry

Chris and Matt:
Julie was a special person.
We have always kept in touch with each other.
Her children and grandchildren were always first on her mind and she loved to talk about them. I will miss seeing her but knowing she is a child of God is a blessing.

Chris, Matt & Rick,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of Julie. From babysitting and the first wedding I ever attended to entertaining an uninvited 10 year-old, she was always so good to me. I know your loss is great, but memories and her influence will be with you until we see her again.

Julie was the first person I met when I started in the industry 10 years ago and she welcomed me with open arms. I consider myself blessed that we got to be such great friends, and neither of us took that label lightly.
I will miss her smiling face and her laugh, my thoughts and prayers are with you today and always.

I was stunned to hear that Julie is gone. She and I go way back to the sixties and I could tell hundreds of stories about her - All of those stories would completely lack an untoward word about anyone. She was one of the kindest women I ever knew and she loved Rick, her children and grandchildren in a way we rarely see. If the grandchildren can hang onto one memory of their grandmother I hope it is of her passionate love for them. She was so very proud of all of you. I will miss her very much.

I have known Julie for over 20 years and always looked forward to going to the School of Excellence because I knew I would always see Julie. We both lost our Mothers at around the same time and loved talking about them when we were together.

I will miss her dearly but know that heaven is a better place with Julie there. My deepest sympathy is with her family that she loved so much.
