Melba, Stan and Lee Ann,
Mother and I extend our deepest sympathy for the loss of Bill. We know that our heavenly Father will see you through the days ahead, as Bill is in a much better place. One day we will all see him again...along with so many of the 'old' and former First Presbyterian members who have gone before us.
If there is anything we can do, please give us a call.
Our love to your family,
Bettye Thompson and Kathy

I am blessed to have known Mitch, John, Elvin and Bill as I was coming up in the machinery business. There may never have been a better team. I will always remember the visits to his office and the sage advise and council he gave me as a young man. Bill Yates was a Giant in his profession, and always willing to befriend those of us who learned from him. May God bless his family, and be comforted in the knowledge that Bill was truly a "Great American."

Mrs. Yates; Stan and Lea Ann

I have lost part of my family. Stan, your parents were my second parents dispensing their love and inestimable advice over the years. He was a good man and, judging by his progeny, a great father. Please accept my deepest sympathy, condolences and love.
