Our sincere condolenses to the Bowen and Beach Abstract and Guaranty families. Our mother and father (Ruth and Homer Rodgers) worked with Mr. Bowen and Beach Abstract & Guaranty Company for some twenty plus years. What a great loss to the City of Little Rock.

The Bowen family was like family for the McDonalds. Alden, and Mr. and Mrs. Bowen were key players in my early life and I gained so much from knowing them and having them care about me. Alden was gracious, kind and generous and while his civic accomplishments are great - his personal contribution to my life is beyond appreciated. I loved him and will miss him.

A true and kind gentleman. He always had time for others. He showed a very young real estate agent how to research real estate transactions, titles and liens, and shared coffee and stories with me. He was the best!

I will truly miss Alden. My childhood is filled with memories of running in and out of Alden's parents house. Our families were as close to being family as friends can possibly be. I was fortunate that my career brought me the opportunity to visit Alden at his office, until his last working days. He always took time to meet me in the conference room to tell me stories about my Dad and Grandparents. Alden will always hold a special place in my heart and memories. He was truly a wonderful man.

He carried the real estate records of Pulaski County in his head. No lawyer knew real estate law better than Mr. Bowen. Though locked into a prior era, he was rock solid morally. All who knew him are better because they did.

If Mr.Bowen wasn't the smartest man in the abstract and title industry, he was one of the smartest. He was so proud of the track books at Beach Abstract and Guaranty Company and heaven help you if you did not know the Alden Bowen rules of the vault. Rest in peace my friend, I will miss you.
