We at Redwood Apartments - Parkway Village will
really miss Doris as she was so much fun to be
around and always so cheerful.
When I first met Doris I asked her what did she
want me to call her when I would come in to clean
her apartment and she said, "Doris". She was such a sweet person and always so happy until her
illiness. Will miss her so much.

Of what I knew of Doris, she was a wonderful, humorous, caring person. My interactions with her in ths life were relatively brief, but the impression of her is bright and vivid, and will never leave me. My deepest condolences to her closest family and freinds.

There are many memories of Doris that make me smile. She was thoughtful, courageous, determined, and had a wonderful sense of humor.

I value that Doris was "Mom" to me for the past decade. She was proud of her two wonderful children and her son-in-law.

Doris valued her friends at Parkway those she had over the years in Florida. CT and NY. She will be deeply missed.

I will miss Doris as she always came down to
the Chat Room and we would sit and visit nearly
every day. She was always so sweet to me and
always asked if she could do anything for me. I
am almost blind and have lived on the first floor
for a number of years and "The Chat Room" has
meant so much in my life. We know that she is in
Heaven now and there won't be anymore suffering.
With Deepest Sympathy.

Doris was a good friend - always positive and
very active - out walking and greeting folks
on the way until her sickness.

God bless the family during these days of
sadness and sorrow.

When I first saw Doris, she was structing down
the corridor in our building in a pair of cute
shorts --she looked young, vivacious, full of
pep and energy. She was always smiling.

My deepest sympathy to you and your family on

We, at Redwood, loved Doris and will miss her
very much - especially on Monday night when we
always had such fun at Dominoes. She was such

It is hard to believe that Doris is gone. She was such a wonderful Christian person and always
had a smile on her face even though we knew that she was so ill and probably wouldn't be with us
much longer. "Just think of stepping on shore and finding it Heaven, of touching a hand and finding it God's, of breathing new air and finding it celestial, of waking up in glory and
finding it home". My love and deepest sympathy..
