This past Spring, we went to see the movie 'THE ARTIST' - a silent film. It was such fun (and rated PG13) we begged to get the Deaf School in to see the movie for FREE! After a lil' magic with the movie-folks, we got free treats at the Riverdale Theater, plus dinner at Whole Hog for everyone! There were 75 children - all good, fun-loving youngsters; Amazingly, the stand-out child was your sweet lad, "COOKIE MAN!" How fascinating to recall - without prompting from anyone, he was the most delightful personality of the entire group. It was also easy to see he was the favorite of the entire school. All the supervisors/teachers loved him; his fellow students seemed to 'Mother over him' - and this was when he was fiesty and cute and feeling well. This small person was simply 'SPECIAL.'

Our hearts are broken at the news he is 'no more'...GOD must surely have welcomed such a precious child amongst the Angels in Paradise. All of the family of 'COOKIE MAN" will be in our prayers.
