Biography: Glenda McFerrin Ensminger, age 69, of Little Rock passed away September 21, 2006. Born October 12, 1936 in Jasper, AR she was preceded in death by her parents John G. and Doris (Raney) McFerrin of Russellville. She attended Jasper Public Schools, graduated from Wichita, Kansas East High School, attended the University of Kansas and has been a resident of Little Rock since 1957. She is survived by her daughter Lisbeth K. Ensminger of Carbondale, CO; a son C. Randall Ensminger of Little Rock and his wife Marisa; a brother John G. McFerrin, Jr. of Hot Springs and his wife Susan; her best friend and companion Dabbs Sullivan, Jr. of Little Rock; and three granddaughters Meryl, Isabel and Lillian Smalls. Glenda was an avid golfer who belonged to The Country Club of Little Rock and made many special friends throughout Arkansas. She was a long time member of the Little Rock Garden Club. Her greatest love was for her friends and family. Glenda was a 15 year survivor of Breast Cancer. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, should be made to the American Cancer Society, 901 N.
