Miss Nicholson as we called you back then my heartfelt sympathies are with at this time. Your mother was a gracious lady but I only met her that one time at my daughter's (Sarah) dance recital.

You are in my thoughts and prayers. Peggy Robertson

Anna,

Though I only saw your mother in the photo, I could see how wonderful a mother she was to you. Her godly life as a devoted Christian is indeed a light shining brightly not only to you and your family but also to many of us.

It is not easy to lose a loved one, especially that person is your own mother. It is a loss that is hard to imagine. May the Lord be with you and your family during this difficult time. May His healing hand soothe the pain and bring comfort to you all.

Having read this tribute and knowing you, Anna, as I do, I know that your mother's legacy lives on through your life and the lives of the countless students whom you have touched through instruction and gracious living. Hers is a light that will not be extinguished or even diminished over time; that light burns brighter as it is passed on.

My family first meet Walta when we joined Westover Hills and she was a member then. She was such as sweet lady, and Anna, you probably remember my daughter, Kelly, as she was little when we joined. I am so sorry for your loss. She was still young enough to do other things that she wanted to do.

Walta was such a good friend to Carl and me when she was a member of Westover Hills Presbyterian Church. We missed her when she moved her membership, but enjoyed our visits with her in the grocery store. She and Carl shared a birthday, and that was a special bond for them for quite sometime. Both of us are keeping her family lifted up in prayer.
