Biography: George Donald Johnson (Donny), 48, died on January 10, 2012. Donny was a man who loved his family above all else. He is survived by his daughter Tiffany, his son Steven, and his granddaughter Destiny. He is the son of Gerry and Byard Clemmons and Terry and Joanne Johnson, and brother of Charles Johnson and Gordon Clemmons. He leaves behind many relatives and friends who loved him. He will be greatly missed by all. He was a gentle man who always had a helping hand for others and loved making people laugh. A funeral service will be held at Ruebel Funeral Home on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 2 p.m. Arrangements are being made through Ruebel Funeral Home in Little Rock, www.ruebelfuneralhome.com

Gerry, this is heartbreaking. What can anyone say? I remember a colleague who, after Tom died, stood at my office door with a piece of paper and the word STRENGTH on it. I think that helped me more than anything. God be with you and yours. STRENGTH. Margie

To the Family Of Don Johnson. May God keep all of you in the palm of his hand.Don was a very kind and gracious man. Don was so very appreciative man. He was a giver also. Everytime Don and I talked he never failed to mention all of his family by name and his love for each of you. His smile and sence of humor is desired by all. I thank God for placing Don in my live for a season to be able to minister to him and make his days brighter, he made mine brighter. God understands our sorrow and will see each of you through this difficult time with all of us adjusting to his eartly passing. He is truly in God's hands at this very moment. Dear Gerry and Byard,

I was so very sorry to hear that you had lost your son. Children aren't supposed to go before their parents but, sometimes God has other plans. I know in your capacity as a minister, you know that but, I am sure that never makes it easier to handle. I will most surely keep you and your family in my prayers.
