I am so sad to hear of dear Phynis passing away and I feel so lucky to have known her. She was one of the most generous and kind people I have ever known. I have very fond memories of visiting her in Lafayette and Myrtle Beach and I was always treated like family. I will miss her dearly.

Mosley, Bill & Families

I would like to have known your mother and am so sorry we never met. My plans to be at her services Tuesday have not worked out, but all of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Good parents are just one of God's many blessings.

Please call if I or Warren Bank can be of help.

Dear Mosley, Bill and Family:

I just wanted to let you know how deeply sorry I am to learn of Mrs Hardy's passing. My sympathies are with you all at this time. The thought of Mrs Hardy however brings me such warmth and a smile. There was not a time that I visited the Hardy home when she did not greet me with a big hug and a kiss that made me feel not only welcomed, but also that I was right where I belonged. She just had that way about her and warmth I will always cherish and never forget. She was truly special and I was blessed to have known her !!

My heart was broken when I got the called that Phynis had passed away. I've spoken to her many times this year by phone and haven't seen her for a few years, but I loved her so very much. She has always been a close family friend. I have many photos of her that I've found in Mother's and Mammie's things as I've gone through them this year since Mother's passing. Phynis loved her family, especially you two boys, Bill and Mosley. What great memories I have of summer vacations with Phynis, Mac, Bill and Mosley. Know that you're in my thoughts and prayers.
