Biography: Nannie ?Nan? Drinkuth Stuckey, 93, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2011. She was born November 7, 1917 in Monticello, Arkansas to the late William Cochran Drinkuth and Mary Ola Leslie Drinkuth. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank George Stuckey. Nan graduated from Monticello High School and Monticello Business School. She retired as Secretary of the English department at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (formerly North East Louisiana University). She was a former volunteer at Baptist Hospital, a member of the Garden Club and a member of Second Presbyterian Church in Little Rock where she was involved with pastoral care ministry and tape ministry (now CD ministry). Nan?s wishes were that her body be donated to the anatomical gift program at UAMS. She is survived by a sister, Beulah Edwards, of Spokane, WA and a sister-in-law, Rita Stuckey of Sheridan, AR and several cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Second Presbyterian Church, 600 Pleasant Valley Dr., Little Rock, AR 72227.
