Obituary Notice
Edna "Grancie" Satterwhite Turner, 93, of
Little Rock died June 7, 2004, at her home. She was born October 16, 1910 in
Hope , Arkansas to William D. and Fannie Copeland Satterwhite. She was a
graduate of Little Rock High School, a homemaker and a member of Pulaski Heights
Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons and their wives, Mike and
Glynda Turner, and Tom and Eileen Turner of Little Rock; grandchildren, Jay
Turner and his wife Suzette of North Little Rock; Andy Turner and his wife
Charity of Dallas, TX; Cathy Turner Theisen and her husband Greg of Highlands
Ranch, CO; Gray Turner and Justin Turner of Little Rock; and Jody Turner of
Fulton, MO; great-grandchildren, Drew, Mallory and Michael Turner of North
Little Rock; Marian and Margaret Turner of Dallas, TX; and Allison, A. J., and
Adam Theisen of Highlands Ranch, CO; a sister, Mildred Hinkson of Benton; and a
sister-in-law, Evelyn Meyers and her husband Raymond of Benton; and many nephews
and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles G.
Turner; and her brothers, Copeland, Lawrence, Travis, and Robert Satterwhite.
The family will be at 29 Coachlight Dr. in Little Rock
on Thursday evening.
The service will be at 10:00 A. M., Friday, June 11,
2004, at Pulaski Heights Baptist Church with Dr. Randy Hyde officiating. The
graveside service will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to the Pulaski Heights Baptist
Church.
Arrangements are by Ruebel Funeral Home.
