George H. Klauder
Obituary NoticeGeorge H. Klauder, age 58, of Little Rock, died March 10, 2004 after a difficult recovery from a liver transplant. He was born on September 25, 1945 in Hopewell, VA. He graduated from Grady High School in Atlanta, GA and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He was a United States Airforce Veteran where he served in the Tet Offensive during Vietnam. George worked for the US Department of HUD as a Real Estate Appraiser and Multi Family Cost Analyst from 1968 to 1985. George then opened his own Real Estate company; George Klauder and Assoc., Inc., doing what he loved best, appraising Real Estate. George was a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, a member of the Independent Fee Appraisers, a licensed Real Estate Agent, and a lifetime member of The American Legion. His hobbies included riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family, and traveling. He especially enjoyed his last trip to Samoa and New Zealand. He is survived by his wife of eleven years, Beth Gossett Klauder; two sons, Thomas Klauder of Fayetteville, AR, Marcus Beasley of Pensacola, FL; six daughters Janet Klauder Mizer of Loudon, TN, Heather Davis of Jonesboro, AR., Amber Smith, Kaitlyn, Olivia , and Daisey Grace Klauder all of Little Rock; five grandsons, George and Lance Mizer, A.J. and Ethan Davis, and Cheyton Beasley; one granddaughter Kelsey Davis and another granddaughter due in June, Anecia Smith. He is also survived by his brothers Michael Klauder and his wife Gloria of Cleveland, MS , and Thomas Klauder and his wife Sandy of Canton, MS. A special friend and first wife, Lois Klauder of Loudon, TN also survives him. Funeral service will be Tuesday, March 16 at 2:00 p.m. at Ruebel Funeral Home Chapel followed by burial at Roselawn Memorial Park. Register Book
