Obituary Notice

Elizabeth Shaver Ross, 91, of Little Rock, widow of John Edwin Ross, died Sunday, June 15. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Wesley Shaver and Lucian Loftin Shaver and sisters, Katherine Horsfall and Mildred Hursey. She is survived by a niece Lucia Hursey Jones of Little Rock and a nephew James Crawford, of Memphis, TN. She was retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. She was a member of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church, the National Association of Retired Federal Employees, the United Daughters of the Confederacy, Tri-W Sorority, and the Briarwood Garden Club.

Services will be held at Ruebel Funeral Home on Friday, June 20, at 1:00 p.m., with burial at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to the Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church or Arkansas Hospice.  Arrangements are by Ruebel Funeral Home.
