Obituary Notice

Shirley Reid Peterson Moore, 76, of Little Rock died Monday, December 22, 2003. She was born in Galveston, TX to Lester J. and Bess Reid Peterson. She was a graduate of Texas State College for Women in Denton, TX. Shirley was the widow of Wallace C. Moore, District Judge of Harris Co., TX and was predeceased by a son, Eric Reid Moore. She was a resident of the Galveston and Houston area until ill health brought her to Little Rock to be near her sister.

She is survived by a daughter, Jan Moore Wyse and a granddaughter, Shelby Wyse both of Maumelle, a sister Betty Anne Rawn and her husband Russell D. Rawn of Little Rock ,a brother, Lester J. Peterson, Jr. of Galveston, TX and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private family communion service will be held at a future time.

Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.

Cremation arrangements are by Ruebel Funeral Home.
