Ruth Foley
Obituary NoticeRuth Foley, 63, of Little Rock and Cherokee Village went to be with her Lord, after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, May 31, 2003. Ruth was born February 22, 1940 in Holdrege, NE and married Bill Foley in 1965. They traveled extensively during Bill's military career. She was most recently a member of Christ Lutheran Church and had been choir director at Peace Lutheran Church in Cherokee Village and was organist at Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Bellevue, NE. She is survived by her husband, her mother, Ella Bunger Inselmann Dodson, Ash Flat, AR, her children, Michael J. Foley and his wife, Rhea of Hailey, Idaho, Peter W. Foley and his wife, Audrey of San Antonio, TX, Nicholas A. Foley and his wife, Cheryl of Dallas, TX, Mary E. Davis of St. Joseph, MO and Kathryn Elizabeth Weatherby and her husband, Dean of Milton, VT and eleven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Hilbert Inselmann, a brother, Robert Inselmann and a son, Richard B. Foley. Memorials in lieu of flowers, may be made to either Christ Lutheran Church, or Lutheran High School, 315 S. Hughes, Little Rock, AR 72205. Memorial services will be held Friday, June 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church. Arrangements are by Ruebel Funeral Home. Register Book
