Edith Marshall Halberg

Obituary Notice

Edith Marshall Halberg, of Little Rock, died Saturday, October 19, 2002. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts. She was the wife of Henry Nicholas Halberg, who died in 1998. Edith and Henry were very active in the Audubon Society in Arkansas and Massachusetts, establishing the Edith and Henry Ecology Camp in Little Rock.

Edith is survived by three nieces; Lois Halberg Cameron of Cohasset, Massachusetts, Claire D. Shaw of Medfield, Massachusetts, Elaine Hall of Somers, Connecticut, two nephews Robert C. Marshall of Monmouth, Oregon, and Richard Halberg of Louise, Virginia.

There will a memorial service Thursday, October 31, at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral officiated by The Very Reverend Henry Hudson. Services are under the direction of Ruebel Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Arkansas Central Audubon Society.
