Obituary Notice

Daniel Leigh Steppach, age 22, of Little Rock, born April 20, 1979, died Friday, July 27, 2001, at his home.

Daniel was the son of Richard and Deborah Steppach of Little Rock. He is also survived by his brothers Peter Steppach and Timothy Steppach, sister-in-law Sarah Steppach, nieces Ebby Jane Steppach, Harris Elizabeth Steppach a nephew Nathan Joseph Steppach and many other members loved him dearly. He is pre-deceased by grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Steppach, Sr. of Little Rock, and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph L. Johnson of Heber Springs. 

He was a graduate of Faith Christian High School and attended the School of Worship in Jerusalem. His great love for the land of Israel and joy in his Jewish heritage made his year in Jerusalem the highlight of his life. His great gift in music enabled him to play and sing many places. When Daniel played people felt the presence of God. Daniel currently served on the worship team at St. Peter's Charismatic Episcopal Church. Daniel once challenged to write his own obituary, said, "I would like to be remembered as who loved God with all his heart and worshipped and served him all his days."
