Obituary Notice

Jerry Southerland, 52, of Little Rock died Tuesday, April 17, 2001. He was born in Judsonia, AR to Loy and Ruby Salmon Southerland. He was a graduate of Eastern Illinois University . Jerry loved running and camping and being out doors. 

He is survived by his wife of 16 years Barbara Young Southerland, his mother, Ruby Southerland of Conway, three brothers, Dale Southerland and his wife Joanne of Leavenworth, KS, Danny Southerland and his wife Barbara of Heber Springs, Roger Southerland and his wife Paula of Jacksonville, FL and two sisters, Carol Bell and Kathy Whitehurst both of Conway, numerous other relatives and lots of friends. 

There will be a visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the Ruebel Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Ruebel Chapel. 

Memorials may be made to C.A.R.E. or the Humane Society of Pulaski Co. 14600 Col Glenn Rd. Little Rock, 72210.
