  • Rita and I worked for Moses. Johnnie, Allison and Bill were just little kids. Nancy and Camille were older and not at home. I once kidded Rita, I asked her if she was Catholic, and she said "No, just passionate Protestant." At that time I didn't know many people with 5 children.

  • My heart goes out to you Allison and your family. There are some people in life that she never be allowed to pass because just knowing they are here makes the world a happier place. I loved your Mom as if she were my own. I will never forget all of our times at the book store, and having lunch at Frankes, and the visits at the apartment. I enjoyed your Moms stories and her quick wit. Just like losing my Father last year, nothing is easy especially this time of the year .. but we have to know that they are in a better place and are not having to deal with their struggles anymore. My prayers go out to you and your family. I can see "Mom" smiling and telling funny stories in Heaven.
