Obituary Notice

Raleigh, NC - Reba Marion Lewis Lavender, 84, loving Mother and Granny, (formerly of Little Rock) died Saturday, Oct. 9. She is preceded in death by four brothers and a sister; a son, Rick Lavender, and two grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda Kay Hewitt and husband Clyde of Raleigh, NC; three sons, Jim Lavender and wife Gail of Bryant, AR, Jerry Lavender and wife Kathy of Searcy, AR and Bill Hefferman of Champaign, IL; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12 at Ruebel Funeral Home on Markham, followed by burial in Pinecrest Cemetery. Visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
