Obituary Notice

Milton Otto Brack, age 88 of Little Rock, died Monday, January 19, 2004. He was born in Little Rock, attending Little Rock High School and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville school of Architecture. He was a member of the U.S. Army Air Corp during World War II seeing action in North Africa and Italy where he received the Bronze Star. After the war Milton returned to Little Rock working for the Corp of Engineers and later the U.S. Government Federal Housing Authority as an architect, retiring in 1980 after 38 years of service. Milton enjoyed playing golf, working crossword puzzles, playing bridge and walking. His great sense of humor will always be remembered. He was Shriner and a 32 degree Mason serving a Past Master of Trinity Lodge #694, in 1969.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gatha Breedlove Brack of Little Rock, one son Ed Lingner and wife Pam of Birmingham, Alabama, one daughter, Shirley Richie and husband Al of Huntington Beach, California, one sister Lucy Bourdon of Tyler, Texas, 2 nieces Jacqueline Power of Tyler, Texas, Mary Elizabeth King of Hot Springs, Arkansas, a great-niece Dr. Melanie Wick of Tyler, Texas, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service Thursday, January 22nd at 11am at the Ruebel Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Ruebel Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, or Baptist Hospice.
