Obituary NoticeMary Boone, age 72, of Helena, MT, died of natural causes Thursday, December 4, 2003 in Helena. Mary was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, February 2, 1931 to Rhea Benham and Grace (O'Kelly) Myers. Mary received her grade school and high school education in Arkansas, continuing to receive a B.S. degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Mary and Thomas L. Boone were married in Little Rock, Arkansas in October of 1958. She was a member of D.A.R. (Daughters of the American Revolution), the United Daughters of the Confederacy, Colonial Dames, President of the Women's Auxiliary of Little Rock Boys Club, the Country Club of Little Rock and PSI Chapter Chi Omega. Her parents and sister Susannah Carroll preceded her in death. Mary is survived by her husband Thomas of Helena, her son Thomas Jr. of Conway, Arkansas, daughters Grace B. Richardson of Helena, MT and Claiborne Barbaree of Little Rock Arkansas and six grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at the Our Lady of Holy Souls Catholic Church in Little Rock. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Little Rock. A reception will follow at the Holiday Inn, 201 S. Shackleford Rd., Little Rock. Local arrangements are under the direction of Ruebel Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the Chippewa-Cree Senior Citizens Center at Rocky Boy, Montana 59521 or to an organization of the donor's choice. Register Book
