William Thomas Dillard, age 87, of Little Rock, owner of Dillard's Department Store, died Friday, February 8, 2002. There will be a formal visitation on Sunday, February 10, from 2-4 pm. at Ruebel Funeral Home, 6313 West Markham, Little Rock. Following the visitation, there will be a funeral service on Monday at 11:00. The place where the services will be held will be announced Saturday, February 9, 2002.
